On the CD: There is some writing on the edge of the disc that says 'all rights reserved' and all that. I think it ends with 'V2'. On the package: I'm not sure on this one, but some people say that the V2 stamp should be on the barcode on the box. Most of the people that sent their bad dvd's in, have already received their new ones in the mail, and some people might have posted pictures of it online.
