[DMCForum] torsion bar brackets

Ok, I can't remove my torsion bar brackets, hence I can not adjust 
my torsion bars.  My doors SHOOT up!  I need to relieve some of this 
energy.  While in Graceland I had Rob try to adjust my torsion 
bars.  he said he can't because the bolts just spin.  He recommended 
fixing it, then proceeded to tell me what needed to be done.  I was 
too pissed, and hot, to retain any memory of the conversation.  Do 
anyone know what I should do?  Any procedures?
