No wonder you are so good at rebuilding fuel distributors.  ;-)
How can you have so much junk getting past your fuel filter?  Maybe you
have
a bunch of gunk lining the insides of your fuel lines.

What are you using for a fuel filter?  I suggest putting the fuel pump
suction hose & fuel return line into a small container of Berriman's B-12
and hot-wire the fuel pump & let it run for a few minutes.  Then see what
flushes out.
