Just go with a company who don't try and force you to convert to R134a -
stick with the gas the system was designed for, or more accurately, a
gas that's designed to replace the R12 in systems designed for it.
There're a couple of brands out there but just ask for "drop-in R12
replacement". Make sure it's meant for cars and not refridgeration units
(although I had some of the stuff and it worked fine). R416 and RS24 are
two I've heard of
