Hi John

As the original rear ride height sets the control arms at an angle, you
should have your toe-in adjusted, but be very sure you take it somewhere
where they're familiar with the Esprit because it'd be atoo easy to mess
it up and/or not torque the trailing arm bolts back up properly.

It depends on how stiff you set the shock and how large the bumps are
that you're planning on driving over. I'd recommend taking to to where
the control arms are level and no further.
