Well here are two MSDS sheets for canned air containing 100% R134a.

Been awhile since I bought any so I'm sure you can get alternatives now.

All I'm saying is we should try to avoid purposely venting it into the atmosphere but in small quantities and for working on a single car I think it's ridiculous to need a license to use it (even though the license is $20 and open book - which proves it's a money-making grab).
