[DML] In need of some K-Jet parts

Hey guys.  I need some K-Jet parts and thought I might ask if anyone can help out.  

Parts needed:
 All of the bolts, banjo or otherwise for the FD, except the ones holding it together.
All intake bolts.
A resistor block.
Fuel hose TO the filter, its banjo bolt.

Optional:
A bottle of Diet Cheerwine.
