quality is determined by how much the manufacture wants to pay, not where
the product is produced.
apple produces all of its products out of china and the quality is top
notch.   surely they pay a slight premium to make sure this is done but so
could any other company.  the fact is that manufacturers have a basis for
quality level versus profit margin.
