[DML] Re: Playing nice in a public forum.

Oh for goodness sake, nobody is calling you a villain. I'm just curious if first hand experience changed your perspective on a subject *YOU* just brought up.

Also, having seen Ed's brackets first hand, surely you now know that they differ from Mike Loasby's modified upper arms (speaking of which, has Rob Grady reported any swaybar problems with Mike's arms? If not, Mike's original theoretical concern should be put to rest with Rob's real world experience).

I did not publicly identify the owner you assisted. At this time you, myself, and he are the only people who know who he is.

If you do ever install a set of Ed's brackets, I think you will be very pleased with their effect. To the best of my knowledge every single owner who has installed them has found them to be an improvement. Nobody seems to like the price, that is true.

However, I was there when the car returned for "front end noise" when we discovered damage to the UCA bushings. My lack of expertise in the physics and geometry at work in the suspension design prohibit me from making any statements on the cause of the damage.. However, I think it is inappropriate to discuss detail on someone else's car in a public forum without their consent, so that is all I have to say on the matter.

As I have said MANY times, I have considered doing a setup like this to my own car. But, that does not change the concerns I have THAT WERE PRESENTED BY MIKE LOASBY on risks of damage to the ARB mounts.
