Re: [DML] Re: Toll Window Placement in Carrier

Hi Jeff, it does work well - I've used it several times ;-) if you're interested, I have a video on youtube showing how the uprated window regulators should be installed - just do a search for "mgutkowski delorean window"

Best Wishes,

Martin

Martin,

This is going to work really well. I got the carrier in again tonight and I'll be able to manually run it up & down the rails, and then adjust the rails to avoid any 'jumping' problems. Then I'll hook up the motor and adjust the motor position. The finally, as you've suggested place the window in the frame and bring the carrier up to it. I've tried out the procedure without the adhesive.

Thanks
Jeff

When I put the glass in the carrier, the dimples are about 1/4 wider on each side than the metal tabs in the carrier.
