In my opinion I wouldn't trust a fresh 30 year old spare tire no
matter how good it looks.

I replaced my 30 year old spare with a new full size spare last year
when I still had a girlfriend.  Back then I wouldn't dare get stranded
on the side of the road.  Now that she is gone I am free to get
stranded as much as I want.

Perhaps if I walk around my car in despare (next time I have a
problem) some beautiful blonde woman will come to my rescue.  It works
for hot women so why can't it work for a guy wearing a green pimp
suit?
