[DML] Re: Starting a DeLorean from the Engine Compartment

When I park on an incline I always keep the transmission in reverse and set the parking brake. Extra insurance so the car doesn't roll away. Heard way too many stories of that. I don't leave it in gear if the parking space is flat, like my garage.

It is my understanding that extended stationary time in gear can result in a "stuck" transmission. Also parked my '38 Buick thus. Even if "myth-busted", it is enough to warrant my precautionary measure. Drive Stainless (park carefully) Robert VIN 6924
