Well, yeah, James, I agree with the sentiment. The trouble is that your "just so" claim that Bill's snippet is inaccurate seems to me to be just as "absolute" as Bill's original claim.   It isn't people's random claims that make forum discussions interesting, it is claims backed by evidence.  You would appear to be in a better position than Bill to know the facts on this one, but unless you share some data, it is a little hard to judge.
