[DML] 81 Owners Manual on Ebay - what other inserts were there?

Hi 

There's a really nice 81 owners manual (and original vinyl valet) for sale on Ebay and it comes with a tire warranty brochure and the change of address card.

What other brochures/cards were included with the Owner's Manual when you originally purchased the car back in 81-83?
