Re: [DML] Re: Tires

Tire dilemma

My Delorean has an original set of tires-Goodyear NCTs. Even though they still look brand new, It's time to change them.

My front tires: 195/60/14
My rear tires: 235/60/15

Can the following tires be mounted on a 1983 delorean?

Front: 195/60/14 - the answer is obviously YES.

Have found them from many manufacturers, but excluding the ones on back order, i have found these brands available for front and rear:

1) Falken-ZE 912
2) Bridgestone Potenza
3) Pirelli-P6
4) Cooper CS4

Rear: here is the dilemma - which tire is the right one?

1) 225/60/15

A) Falken ZE 912
B) Cooper CS4
C) Pirelli P6

2) 235/60/15

None available in this size, only Cooper cobra gt which are on on back order

Or

3) 245/50/16

A) Falken ZE912
B) bridegstone - potenza

Bottom line:

Do I go with 245/50/16 rear?

Or

Do i go with the 225/60/15 rear?

Obviously matching Falkens, Pirelli and bridgestones are the choices here.

What's a boy to do?
