Robert, Think, The motors don't turn the just flop from open and closed as
the voltage is applied and the polarity changes flops open the other way. I
have cleaned several back to life and haven't burned up but one. Also, Don't
apply voltage and leave it, that will burn them up.

Mass Air Flow cleaner, or maybe even Electric Motor cleaner. Spray some
cleaner inside, and spin the thing left and right really fast. You should
hear the valve easily clack back and forth with no resistance. Then just let
it dry.

If it's not functioning, also check the wiring hardness between the ISM &
Idle Speed ECU Motor.
