[DML] Tires won't hold air

My tires on my rarely driven Delorean will not hold air. Most likely because the tires are so old. While I am getting new tires I was thinking about having the wheels re-done. I presume "powder coating" would be the process. Does anyone have any suggestions on this topic?
Also I have seen several posts covering the brands of tires available for the D. I know this is rather subjective but any specific recommendations?
