[DML] Exhaust re-work

About 6 years ago, I replaced my blown head gaskets. The exhaust gaskets were also trash so I removed the heads with the exhaust manifolds attached. Since the heads were off of the engine, it was a simple task to remove the exhaust manifolds and replace the gaskets.

6 years later, I have a blown exhaust gasket. The head gaskets are fine so I have no need to remove the cylinder heads. In the cramped confines of the engine bay, what are the preferred methods of removing the exhaust manifolds? The fasteners are pretty badly rusted. I'm betting that the studs will come out rather than the nuts coming loose from the studs. Advice is appreciated.
