Re: [DML] Clutch Issues

Thanks to all for the replays, on the clucth.
I've checked and there is no leakage from either the slave nor the master clucth cylinder.
However there is leakage from the driver side cv boot where it meets the tranny you can see the seal and the rod seems a little loose. You cannot see the seal on the other side. Is this Normal or it this adding to the problem of a 6000 millage clucth aftermarket from a vendor about 5 years ago?  Next is warranty issue, if it is I guess.

As far as Dave's note where would I find the adjustable clucth linkage? and the procedure.
I would want to try that before I pull the tranny.  Done it before (NOT FUN)!

I noticed the clutch seems to slip and revs in the upper RPM's  in each gear, once I step on the pedal all the way.
It has about 6000 miles on it. Is it gone bad?
Could it be anything else? Slave cyldinder?
Seemed fine until I poped it pretty good from 1st to 2nd in a parking lot.

Anyone with any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
John
