[DML] D won't start.

Here's an interesting problem.
My Delorean was running fine until sometime this summer.
I haven't driven it much but did start it occasionally last winter.
The last run.. It did start but acted like it was running out of gas.
Then.. it wouldn't start.
1.) Made sure tank had gas.
2.) Noted eventually that the fuel pump does kick on for a few seconds when ignition on.
3.) Tried putting a bit of gas in fuel distributor. Did start briefly.
4.) Unhooked the gas line at input to the fuel filter.
5.) Turned ignition on.. fuel pump charged up for a few seconds then stopped. No gas at input to fuel filter.
6.) Acts like the line is clogged prior to fuel filter.
One note. I did put a new fuel accumulator on last summer after a hot start problem. This seemed to solve it and worked well through the winter. I'm wondering if anything in the accumulator could be causing this before I open the gas tank to see if it's clogging in there as that's a possibility.

My fuel pump seems to be working and my prior experience was that if the line was gummed up in the tank it would clog the fuel pump rather rapidly and ruin it and it would stop running at all.

The car was running great until this incident.
Could the accumulator cause this?
#941 is the problem.
