Then your suspension is hanging in an unnatural position.  Probably not good on the bushings, springs, and shocks.  

Better to inflate your tires to max, then roll the car forward and back a few inches every couple months.  

Been doing this for nine years over six month long North Dakota winters and never once had a flat spot. 

For very long storage I would remove the wheels and have the car sitting on blocks positioned under the lower links and rear carrier so that it is as if the car were on the ground.
