[DML] Re: Angle Drive installation - tips?



Because if you don't tighten the angle drive nut FIRST there is a danger that the axle won't seat all the way in the knuckle (it's a tapered shaft). If it unscrews Bad Things Happen. 

Taking the outer nut off first also often makes it easier to get the inner one off. Sometimes.
