Hi Jason,

There's one check missing in your list:
Did you check the fuel pump with direct power from the battery?
If not, test it. If it runs, check the connectors in the feed to the 
pump.
My pump died on me in between two trips on the sae day.
Turned out to be the wired connectors on the pump and in the plug to 
the harness.
That's a replaceable part.
