[DML] Re: bypassing RPM relay

#30 and #87. If you look at the socket with the rounded part on top,
it's the bottom left and upper right.

Word of caution: Do NOT leave the jumper in for a long time. Not only
will your jumper get very hot (especially if it's a paper clip), but
the fuel pump will run continuously and it will kill your battery. I
don't know for certain but I imagine that's also not good for the
pump, either. 

Make sure you remove the jumper when you're done - and if you use a
paper clip you may want a pair of pliers or a good set of gloves when
you take it out.
