[DML] Fans wont cut back!!!

Hey everyone. 
I have an 81 that I drive mostly in the summer. 
this year I have done a few parades. After the last one I have noticed that my radiator fans are on high speed all the time now. They used to only 
come on when the car would heat up to 190 or so. thats just a guess. Anyways, I was wondering if it is maybe a relay problem. What do you think?
