[DML] Need Cooling Fan Help

Hello,

I have been a member of the group for many years and have never needed to post a topic until now..

I have been having a problem with my Delorean that I just cant seem to fix and was hoping that someone in the group might have a suggestion..

COOLING FANS NOT WORKING...
I was hoping that someone might have a suggestion as to how to fix a problem I have been having with the coolant fans not coming on, leading to the car eventually overheating.

A few months back, I noticed that the coolant fans were not coming on, leading to the car overheating.

I bleed the system of all air, replaced the otterstst, replaced the header bottle, replaced the header bottle cap, replaced the thermotime switch, replaced the thermostat, replaced the water pump and all the coolant hoses, tried again to bleed the system of all the air with the header cap on multiple times and with the header cap off multiple times but still the fans do not come on and the car eventually overheats.

I tested the fans by taking the two wires leading to the otterstat and bridging them together with a wire and the fans DO work when the two plugs are connected, so I imagine that everything from the plugs connected into the otterstat leading to the coolant fans is working correctly.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this problem before and might have a suggestion as to what I could try next.

Thanks in advance,

Rob
