[DML] Re: all this tire stuff brings me to ask a question.

"Harsh or intimate", what a great discription! That's the way I'd
discribe my car as is does ride somewhat harsh but the feel is very
intimate; the handling is great for a rear engined car. I have the
Eibach suspension with 17" front wheels and 18" rear wheels. The tires
are 205/40/17 up front and 245/40/18 in the rear. The diameter is
almost spot on the stock diameter and the speedometer is right on. I
did experianced some clearance problems at the front fender inner lip
on the driver's side during extreme left turns. I rolled the lip
slightly and have no more problems. I've noticed almost every DeLorean
I've looked at appears to have the wheel a bit closer to the left
front fender than the right. As much as I like the car I guess there
are some obvious signs of an un-refined assembly process. I've posted
a picture in the photo section ("Wheels & Tires) of my car.
