[DML] Re: Speedo gear rpm.

The cable changes RPM's. The faster you go and spin the left, front
tire the faster the speedometer cable will turn. I never checked this
but on most cars with a mechanical speedometer (like a Delorean) the
speedometer is calibrated to read 60 MPH when the cable is turning
1,000 RPM's. They do it this way so they can accurately time the
speedometer and the odometer, both are driven off the same cable.
Keeps the math simple.
