[DML] Alignment ?

Took my car in for alignment today at the local Tire Kingdom, yes they have the specs for the car, even have the printout, however they are in percents---ANYONE know how that relates to degrees???

My toe in the front left is .24 (good)
front right is .18 (not good)
My caster front left is 5.2 (not good)
front right is 2.9 (not good)
My camber front left is -0.9 (not good)
                   front right is -0.5 (good)

As for the rear the toe for the left is fine but the right is out by .1 or basically one shim.
  (none left one that side)
and the Camber is out by 1.0 on both sides it should be between (-0.8 and -0.3)
My is around -1.6 on both.

  If your still with me....

1.My toe in the right rear needs to be bought in slightly, problem is no shims on that side (took out three) and four shims on the left. TOBY TABS INSTALLED

2.Also there seems to be to much play in the rack, toe moves as you push the tire slightly without moving the rack? (rack is fairly new) Is that normal? Seems to be too much play at the steering wheel.

  3. How to bring in the toe in the front?

Everything looks tight nothing seems to bent or broken, and bushings don't seem to be in bad shape.
Probably way to much information but I wanted to be precise hopefully someone understands the proper specs. Which I have from the manual they just don't seem to relate as factions and degrees

  Questions--

What is 3mm per wheel anyway?
How to adjust the caster angle or camber in the front?
I could not find much in the archives in DMC Forum on these issues am I looking in the right place?
I know this is an extensive subject so any help to get directed to the right place for the answers would be appreciated. Or of coarse expertise would be BEST, I know there are others that understand it better than I do.

For what it is worth the Delorean does drive fairly straight.

  Thanks
