[DML] Fuel gage not working

I recently replaced the printed circuit board on the instrument cluster.
Now my fuel gauge is not working it reads over full all the time.  Any
suggestions as to what the problem is.  The gauge never read full before
even with a full tank of gas all it would do is read ¾.
