[DML] 1981 delorean vin 5753

hello all, im on my 3rd deloran, the two prior i had for a few months 
ea. as they were major projects. i just bought 5753 from a PA resident, 
drove it back last night 6hrs to Nh, and made it! this unit had been 
sitting over a year prior, so kudos to john d. matter of fact dash pad 
on this one was signed by mr d. to bad the dash need to be renewed.

i have a few questions if anyone can help answer, the windows are inop, 
seems the switches are dead as no draw when they are pushed, any idea 
where to start on this matter. the heat is inop, but the temp switch 
seems to work as you can hear the change in switch setting, im thinking 
there is probably a heater hose valve not changing?

the passenger side door seems out of allignment and hard to open, is 
there an adjustment spot, Lastly even though car had a semi tuneup, at 
initial start up it like to idle up and down for 3 minutes, any ideas?
