[DML] Re: Idle too high, but kicks down when I tap the gas pedal



Just to add my own 2 cents to that, if after lubing everything, and adjusting the striker 
screw you still have this problem, there is still a quick fix you can do.

Reach behind the Idle Speed Microswitch, and pull up on it to bend the bracket upwards a 
little bit. You won't notice any difference in appearance. I ended up having to do this on 
my engine to finally get rid of this problem.
