[DML] fuel pump update

I have no voltage at the rmp relay. I jumped 30/87 and the fuel pump 
did not run. I checked the voltage at rpm 30/87 with test light and 
have no voltage here. I hooked jumper cables to battery and jumper from 
the cables to the fuel pump i can hear the fuel pump running but still 
the car does not get fuel nor will it run. As i said when I pour a 
little gas in the fuel intake at the engine it will run until the gas 
is gone and then dies.  Where should i go from here?
