[DML] DCS 09 Las Vegas: Palace Station Review.

Since I stayed in one of the recently renovated Courtyard rooms @
Palace Station the week before last, I'll go ahead a post a review to
the DML (thanks for calling me Ken! I'll hit you back shortly here).

Now, in the event that we run out of room at Palace Station, do we
have any contengency plans for overflow? The nearest Hotels that I can
think of are right across I-15. They are:

The Artisan:
Entirely non-smoking, non-gaming Spa/Hotel. Seems to have gotten good
reviews, but I've not seen it personally.
What their rates are is unknown. I can't seem to use their online
reservation system right now.

Vagabond Inn:
Going through major remodeling right now. However when I stayed there
two weeks ago, it was an utter shit box. A/C didn't work worth a damn,
no internet access, old paint in the rooms, somewhat nasty shower...
Just not a good place IMO. Nasty and rather funky in a moderately
scary industrial neighborhood.
Prices are about the same as Palace Station, depending upon when you
reserve. We came too late, and paid $70 for our room.

Blue Moon Resort:
Right next to the Vagabond Inn. Looks allot more classy, and well
kept. The only catch is that it's a hotel that caters exclusively to
Gay Men only. Given the fact that so many people flipped out at that
one "Cold Case" episode where the dude who drove a DeLorean was gay, I
won't even mention this place unless someone asks.

Ideas?
