Re: [DML] Strange problem with coming to a stop

Dave

No problem with shifting. Not harsh and no noises.
Furthermore the box with the lights shows the problem
to be independent from and shifting issues.

Got back from italy today and did the check on the two
screws, one for the idle speed switch and the other
one that the closed intake rests on.

Did the intake screw first, screwed it down to where
the intake just starts lifting up 1mm. Then I
tightened the nut down.

The idle spped switch is a bot weird. The position of
the screw is so, that it doesnt hit the switch on the
bottom which would be optimum, it hits is closer to
the right side towards the middle. I found that
simply turning the screw till the switch engages is
useless because when you test it on the throttle, it
doesnt go down far enough. I just kept doing quarter
turns till the throttle was able to engage it, then
tightened the nut down.

Ill see if this solves the problem, the weather is too
rough today for a test drive.
