[DML] high idle

Here we go again.
For what it's worth, I'm an electrical engineer and have tried most of
my good old technician techniques. I've checked for vacumn leaks, and
paid someone else to do it. No leaks. I've swapped out idle regulator,
ECU, diode, and anything else that might effect idle since I have two
Deloreans (one that idles perfectly). I've checked my idle switch and
it works. so, this Delorean seems to idle high only when it's warmed
up. My theory is that the Ground from the idle speed regulator may not
be working. Can you tell me where this is grounded?
Thanks
