In Fargo, can't you fill the front boot with snow on July 10th and use
that to keep the car cool until it snows again at the end of summer on
July 13th?

I live in Fargo, ND. The elevation is 900 feet. Do you have any tips on 
what pressures are appropriate at a given ambient temperature? I was
going to 
buy a set of gauges since my Lexus has given me A/C problems in the
past, too.
