[DML] Std. Trans Linkage & Hard 1st Gear

The pivot bolt (item#100277) that holds the transmission linkage to the frame (item #15 on the parts manual 4-2-0 4-Transmission Shift Linkage - Manual) came loose while that car was on a transport trailer. I was able to get the car onto a lift and reinstall the bolt. I tightened the bolt and it became very hard to shift. When I loosened the bolt a little, it worked better. I was wondering, is there a torque spec on this bolt? Should I put locktite on the bolt to prevent it from coming loose again?

Thanks,

Jason
