[DML] Re: Pulling an engine and auto trans



I put my engine and manual trans in as a unit, and convinced Dan 
Plakosh that this would be the easiest route for his engine and auto 
trans install.  I was wrong... It's tricky.

You're definitely going to need a 'tilter', which is a bar-and-crank 
assembly that allows you to tilt the whole assembly easily while on 
the hoist.  You're going to have to REALLY tilt it to get it in 
there... getting close to vertical at times.

It will certainly help to have a second person there as well.
