Marc,

Reservations may be cancelled with Red Rock Casino in accordance with 
their policies.  Red Rock expects to be completely booked in late May 
with minimum prices starting at $279 per night.  Those attending the 
DeLorean event will have a special price of $229 per night.

As for the event tickets, you may sell or gift them to others, but 
there is no cancellation policy.  The event is being capped at 200 
people.  Once the maximum is reached, the Association will, of 
course, be happy to help attendees who can no longer attend to sell 
their tickets.  There have also been occasional emergency cases in 
past Las Vegas events where tickets were refunded.
