have you put a scope on the injectors, to see what the
waveform looks like?

Does this ECU have the ability to download running
data to a computer?


It is possible that maybe the other cylinders are
running rich for some reason (restricted air flow? 
intake valves misajusted?), and the ECU is leaning it
out to compensate.
