Re: [DML] Has this been attempted?

Well, if you have enough money, anything is possible.

The fascias are flexible for low-speed impact absorption. A stainless
fascia will cost a fortune to make as a one-off, then will cost another fortune
when you dent it.

Not practical, but if you can afford it....

I just think it would be bitchin' to have stainless fascias. No more
warping... I'm going to guess that this is a near impossible feat,
seeing as DMC could not keep grooved/gas flap hoods in production
because it was too hard to stamp them. Have there been advancements
in 25 years in stainless production? Would this be a little easier
nowadays? I'm still guessing that it would be costly no matter what
way you slice it.
