Tell them to reach up under the knee pad and pull on the hose! Direct that
air where they need it then. It worked for my wife in her fancy dress on
our  way to the first DMCH open house. :)

Now the system is fully charged R134a and I haven't had any complaints.

It really seems to be a more than adequate cooling system for such a small
cabin.
