Wayne, 
Either warm up regulator with incorrect pressure causing a build up of gas
in the system or catalytic converter stopped up. 
I have a tester I can loan for the warm up to test with, but I don't have a
tester for the cat.

No, it's not a typo. My D starts fine, even cold. Then a few minutes later,

it farts, stumbles and backfires, with a hollow muffler sound and an extreme

loss of power.
