[DML] New noise.

I took the car for a spin the other day and heard a noise that wasn't there before. It is hard to describe. Ihen I hear it, a soft 'motor boat' sound comes to mind. While driving it is only noticeable during acceleration and when I let up on the gas there is a slight rumbling sound for a second or two. I'm think exhaust leak. Any ideas would be appreciated.
