No not really. Most modern ECUs actually switch off the injectors on 
overrun. When they fire back up again, the ecu will have a setting for 
enrichment for a fraction of a second - this function is to wet the 
walls of the inlet tract that would have dried out in overrun. The inlet 
tract is expected to have fuel wetting it. This is also part of the 
reason for enrichment in warm up
