[DML] Radio/Cigar Fuse Continually Blows

A couple of weeks ago I was in a Christmas Parade. I plugged my lights
into the cigarette lighter and it worked for a while but then the
lights went out. After I got home I discovered a blown fuse (slot
#17). I put in another fuse but it blew immediately. Any ideas where
to look for the problem? I'm assuming I'll need to remove the center
console. How does one remove the center console? I might as well work
on the Rheostat while I'm at it. Where's Elvis when I need him?
