Make sure you get a copy of their certificate of insurance on a standard
Acord format sheet, naming you as additional insured.  Other
requirements will vary but this much is crucial...

Some of you have rented your car out for a day or two to be used for
corporate events, or advertising, special events, etc. Can someone send
me a copy of the contract used? I need to get copies of contracts used
for such events to create one for my own use. Contracts would have the
terms of use, liability, etc. and I need to get some ideas as to what
should be in a contract. Thanks.
