You have to remove the shift knob first. There are two little phillips
screws in the back of the shift knob. Remove the two screws and the knob
comes apart. Remove the retainer nut on top and slide the mechanicals off
the shift lever. Position the lever at the Drive position and slide the
indicator plate over the shift lever.
