It might be in your best interest to shop around for a body shop 
experienced in actual metalwork and straightening (not just using 
bondo) Unless the entire panel is completely trashed, it might be 
cheaper to have it fixed than the $1k+freight or so it costs to replace it 
with a new one. Not sure if any of the vendors do actual stainless repair 
or not.
